Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy Last updated: 25 November 2025

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Below are our policies compliant with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Change of Mind Returns (Non-faulty items)

  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unopened (seals intact), in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Vitamins/supplements must remain sealed for hygiene reasons.
  • Collectibles must include all original packaging, certificates, etc.
  • Customer pays return shipping (unless we sent the wrong item).
  • Refund issued to original payment method (less any original shipping fees).

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, we will offer a refund, replacement, or repair (your choice) under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will send the correct/missing item at no extra cost or issue a refund.

4. How to Return

  1. Email admin@regionalreload.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We will provide return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid label.
  3. Pack securely and include your order number.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods or opened vitamins/supplements (unless faulty).
  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Gift cards.
